Over the last 10 years I’ve been privileged to work and deliver Keynote presentations, training and workshops to a broad range of organisations* to parents, kinship & foster carers and professionals in the UK, Canada and Ireland. 

I am a qualified Social Worker, Practice Educator and an Advanced Non Violent Resistance Practitioner and deliver training across a range of topics specialising in supporting parents and carers to live with and manage challenging and aggressive behaviour as well as working directly with individual families as an NVR practitioner. As an adoptive parent, former foster carer and social worker I can speak from personal and professional experience.
